Zodiak Media is an independent media company that produces entertainment, factual, drama and kids' programming, with 45 companies operating in 15 countries. Zodiak Media owns properties such as ''Millennium'', ''Wife Swap'', ''The Secret Millionaire'', ''The Inbetweeners'', ''Totally Spies!'', ''Fort Boyard'', and ''Being Human''. Zodiak Media is headquartered in Paris and with other key offices in London, Los Angeles, Milan, Stockholm and Moscow. It is majority-owned by Italian conglomerate De Agostini and operates across the world. == History == Zodiak Media was formed in November 2008 as Zodiak Entertainment, after De Agostini Communications acquired Magnolia (2007), the Marathon Group (2007) and Zodiak Television (2008).
